1. The service
DV SOFT Construction is a web application for construction site monitoring and cost management, provided by DV SOFT as a hosted service. Each customer company receives its own workspace.
2. Accounts
The customer's administrator creates and manages user accounts for the workspace. Customers are responsible for keeping sign-in details confidential and for what their users do in the workspace.
3. Your data
The data a customer enters remains the customer's. DV SOFT uses it only to provide, support, secure and back up the service. Customers can export reports and master data and download backups while their subscription is active.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other companies' workspaces or data, to disrupt the service, or to use it for unlawful purposes. The live demo is shared — do not enter real or personal information there; demo data is reset regularly.
5. Plans and payment
Plans, prices and limits (such as users and projects) are as agreed in your order. Fees are payable in advance for the billing period, plus applicable taxes. A workspace may be set to read-only if a subscription lapses.
6. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and to fix problems promptly, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation unless agreed in writing. Support is provided as described in your plan.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, DV SOFT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
8. Ending the service
Either party may end the subscription as set out in the order. On request before closure, we will help the customer export its data.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
