Is every module included in every plan?
Yes. Projects, units and sections, masters, purchase orders, material inward, stock and ledger, material issue, labour, power and equipment usage, expenses, budgets, the site diary and all reports are in every plan. Plans differ in the number of users and projects and in the level of support.
How is our data kept separate from other companies?
Each company gets its own workspace at its own web address and its own separate database. Your users can only ever sign in to your workspace.
Who sets up our workspace?
DV SOFT does. After a short call we create your workspace and your first administrator account; your administrator then adds your team, projects and masters.
Can we try it before we decide?
Yes — the live demo is open to everyone and has sample data for a construction company. For a walkthrough with your own kind of project, request a demo.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. The detailed reports export to CSV and PDF, master lists export to CSV, and administrators can create and download a full backup of the company's data.
Is there a mobile app?
The application runs in any modern browser, including on phones and tablets. A token-secured REST API for site entries, approvals and reports is built in, so a mobile app works against the same data and rules. Ask us about the mobile app for your team.
Do you charge GST?
Prices are shown before taxes; GST is added as applicable on our invoice.
Can we run it on our own server?
