Things to try
Follow material from order to cost — it is the quickest way to see how the modules fit together.
- Open the dashboard and look at the cost of each villa and common area.
- Raise a purchase order, approve it as a manager, then receive the material against it.
- Issue material to a villa section and watch the stock ledger update.
- Record labour on a contract basis — per sq ft or lump sum — and see the amount calculated.
- Compare budget against actual on the budget variance screen.
- Export a detailed report, such as villa cost or the stock ledger, to CSV or PDF.
