Who we are
DV SOFT Construction is a construction site monitoring and cost management service operated by DV SOFT ("we", "us"). This policy covers this website and the workspaces we host for our customers.
Information we collect
- Enquiries. When you request a demo we collect the details you enter — name, company, email, phone, city, team size and your message — together with your IP address and browser type, which help us prevent abuse of the form.
- Customer workspaces. Our customers enter their own business data (projects, purchase orders, stock, usage, expenses, users). The customer company controls that data; we process it only to provide the service to them.
- Account and usage records. For users of a workspace we keep sign-in details and an audit log of changes, so that each company can see who did what.
- Cookies. We use a session cookie that is needed for forms and sign-in to work. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo.
- To set up, run, support, secure and back up customer workspaces.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
How it is kept separate and secure
Each customer company's data is held in its own separate database. Access within a workspace is controlled by user roles and permissions, and changes are recorded in an audit log. Workspaces are backed up regularly. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the service (for example hosting and email), under obligations to protect it, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to follow up and for our records. Customer workspace data is kept for the duration of the subscription and then deleted or returned as agreed with the customer.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. If your information is in a customer's workspace, please contact that company first — they control it.
